By downloading, installing, or using svnct. (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You retain all rights to the content you create in svnct., including notes, drawings, recordings, and images. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and store.
If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for data loss due to iCloud service interruptions or issues with your Apple account.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App; redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
